Dr. Moyosola Bamidele is a thorough statistician, economist, academic, monitoring and evaluation expert, and program evaluator with several years of work experience applying statistical and econometric skills to various data analysis and modeling. Previously, he worked as Claim Analyst (Life Claims) for the New York and Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, LQAS Survey Manager with USAID on TSHIP Project, Biostatistics Tutor at Peoples-Uni and Monitoring/Evaluation Officer (RMNCH) for Johns Hopkins University Centre for Communication Programs (JHUCCP) on NURHI Project. Dr. Bamidele is currently a Research & Monitoring Adviser with experience on USAID, DFID, EU and BMGF program frameworks (RMNCH, HIV, Malaria, IPC, Conflict, Humanitarian, Policy, WASH and HCWM). In addition, he presently serves on several boards of international peer reviewed journals.
Dr. Bamidele has impeccable training and research skills in Rasch measurement, econometrics, financial modeling, mortality risks, statistical modeling, research methodology, and statistical computing. He is well versed in range of statistical and econometric packages such as Tableau, IBM SPSS, EViews, MS Excel, Minitab, Stata, R, GenStat, CSPro, EpiData, WinBUGS, WINSTEPS®, Facets and Epi Info™ for research modeling and analysis.
Dr. Bamidele holds a BSc (Hons) in Statistics, a MSc Biostatistics from the University of Ilorin, and a PhD in Biostatistics with research focus on stochastic modeling of mortality risks. He also holds a USAID/Measure Evaluation Diploma in Leadership Development and a professional certificate in Management of the Nigeria Institute of Management (Chartered).
Dr. Moyosola Bamidele is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Economists and member of the Nigeria Institute of Management. He has published over 15 research papers in international peer-reviewed journals and made presentations at both local and international conferences.
