Support $70,000 ALAFIATAYO Charity Clinic Project by Careerbridge Foundation
IKALE comprises of Okitipupa and Ode Irele Local Governments with a population of about 50,000. The Ikale residents are predominantly farmers, settled in various villages and towns in the Southern part of Ondo State, Nigeria. The just concluded 2018 annual medical outreach held in Ikale revealed that majority of the people are suffering from chronic diseases such as diabetes and hypertension. They often resort to herbal medication and God’s healing as the only means of treatment. For example, we recorded 50 cases of undetectable glucose level and 480 high blood pressure patients with the following readings 160/90, 170/90, 180/100, and 210/98. Only a few patients survive in these cases due to self-medication. Check the link below for details https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U9hRk3QgUyg&feature=youtu.be
ALAFIATAYO CHARITY CLINIC will serve people with low socioeconomic status, uninsured and primarily the working-class citizens with monthly wages below $100 dollars in Okitipupa and Ode Irele Local Governments of Ondo State, Nigeria. The establishment of ALAFIATAYO charity clinic will not only reduce the mortality death rate, but it will also save lives, provide free medical support and routine drugs prescription for the affected patients. We are seeking support from the community leaders, international organizations, nonprofit organizations, medical and pharmaceutical industries, places of worship, and everyday folks who hold the poor community dear in their hearts.
Your donation towards this clinic guarantees happier and healthier families with eighty two percent (82%) of every dollar donated goes directly to patient care, while the remaining goes to the clinic operations. Together we can save lives and strengthen the disadvantaged families and communities.
